Notice To All Exhibitors

1. Each exhibitor shall carefully fill the exhibition form and stamp it with the corporate seal, and then mail it together with the exhibition fee to the Fair Organizing Committee Office. The application expiry date is August 10th 2008.

2. The Fair Organizing Committee Office shall arrange exhibition areas and stalls for the exhibitors according to the time of their payment of exhibition fees in precedence order, and then compile and publish the fair bulletins, and mail the invoices and the exhibition participation notices to the applicants. Generally, applications which are submitted after the expiry date will not be accepted.

3. Exhibitors can get all kinds of tickets, materials, and bulletins etc. and enjoy all kinds of service provided by the fair on showing the participation notice and the duplicated invoice when checking in.

4. Exhibitors who apply for the color ads of the fair shall send the ads to the Fair Organizing Committee Office before August 10th 2008.
